At FlowSpace we believe in a vision of a new, local workday. We believe this has the greatest potential to positively shape our collective progress over the coming years.
We believe in the vision of the 15 Minute City — where you live, work and operate within 15 minutes of your home. In this new vision for urban living, you stay local and build your life in your community. You live more sustainably and don’t waste hours travelling city centre unnecessarily. Instead you work to your own schedule prioritizing finding your flow so you can be more productive and accomplish more of your best work.
This relies on recalibrating your day to do what helps you find your flow. To do this, you must put your own well-being above the guilt of feeling you should be putting in the hours. How many of us are online in front of a screen (but mentally offline)…..I know too often, I am.
Finding your flow for many people simply means being able to work flexibly close to home in a variety of uplifting spaces, being able to access different spaces for different needs, on demand, exactly where and when you need them. This enables you to prioritise to pick up your daughter from nursery and take her and the dog to the park to play. This enables you to go for a walk with your partner when the opportunity arises. Or spend time on your bike in the morning or do that workout in the afternoon. Because ensuring your wellbeing is secure is a pre-requisite to doing your best work.
We’ve been afforded an opportunity to re-imagine how we think about work and in doing so, rebuild our lives more in balance. And it all starts with a new, hyper-local, hyper-flexible workday in your community, where you can find yourself at a workspace next to your neighbour, discussing — apart from professional concerns — the things that matter to your local world.
Who are we?
I’ve been honoured to share this start-up journey with the two most amazing co-founders I could have dreamed of… (I get a little lump in my throat even writing these words).
leva is our chief growth officer and has a background in both corporate and early-stage start-up strategy, specifically within marketing, brand-building and growth across Europe. From Lithuania she lives with her husband, Daumantas, in London.
She is the youngest soul in the team but also the tallest (go figure!) and brings a dynamic energy to the moody old boys. She is selfless, caring, and prioritises the team over everything else. She is not, however, a morning person (#canwestartat10).
Hayri is our chief operating officer and has a background running world-renowned architectural businesses. Hayri has worked on some of the world’s most amazing spaces — Istanbul city museum for example! He holds vital future of work design insights making him uniquely positioned to lead our product strategy. Hayri is fast becoming our tech ninja as well as business architect. His ability to see the world objectively fascinates (and grounds) us! He will quietly consider his response and come back with the best, most thought-through ideas….
He is originally from Istanbul but was #MadeinChelsea and lives in London with his wife Idil. We learned the hard way not to schedule any meetings when Galatasaray S.K. are playing…ouch. #myteamisplayingthen

I have worked within global hospitality, co-working and retail, in leadership and consulting roles — with both large corporates and small fast-growing companies. Originally from Edinburgh, I’ve been fortunate enough to work and run businesses in many European cities: Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, London. I’ve picked up a few souvenirs on the way and I owe a lot to the Europe of free movement — namely my partner Helene, our daughter Freja and our dog Buddy.
As a team we were brought together by Antler’s accelerator programme in October 2020 and are happy to report we are now a venture-backed business as an Antler portfolio company. We’re so excited to go on this journey and build an amazing global company…..
